Shine Pandey was born on Wednesday, 2 August 2000 (age 23; as in 2023) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. His zodiac sign is Leo. He did his schooling from Our Own High School, Al Warqa till 8th standard. After that, he moved to India and completed his remaining schooling at FIITJEE Junior College in Narayanguda, Hyderabad. He took coaching for four years at FIITJEE Coaching Center in Hyderabad, India for admission to IIT. In 2018, he came to Mumbai to pursue a diploma in acting.

- In 2018, Shine Pandey decided to step into the acting world. For this, he came to Mumbai and joined the acting school run by the name of Anupam Kher. Ever since he joined acting classes, he discovered many new things and that’s when a new chapter in his life began. He completed Diploma in Acting in 2018.
- Shine is an avid smoker and is often seen smoking on various occasions.
- Before playing the role of an IITian in the web series UP65, he was preparing to get into IIT in real life. He prepared for almost four years by taking coaching at FIITJEE Coaching Center in Hyderabad, India. Unfortunately, he could not clear the exam as his JEE score was more than 5 lakh.
- According to Shine, his real-life hostel life has helped him get familiar with the role of Nishant Kumar in the web series UP65 where he is seen playing the role of an IITian.
