Saeed Qadri was born on Monday, 3 October 1960 (age 62 years; as in 2022) in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. After completing his studies, he moved to Mumbai in 1986 to pursue a career as a lyricist in the Hindi film industry. However, he could not find any work there for seven years and then, he decided to return back to his hometown. After a decade, he again moved to Mumbai and established himself in the Hindi film industry as a successful lyricist.
