Prithvi Pankaj Shaw was born on 9 November 1999 in Virar, Maharashtra, India. When he was just 3 years old, his father enrolled him in a cricket academy in Virar, Maharashtra. He lost his mother at the age of 4. At that time, his father ran a textile business, but he stopped running his business to focus on his son Prithvi’s cricket career.
