Sitcom fans are all too familiar with the infamous Charlie Harper of the hit comedy Complete any male houseHe was one of the main characters of the show for the first eight seasons in which the promiscuous man dated several women.
Some of them last only one episode, while others last much longer. Of course, there are some lovely ones and some terrible ones. It can be hard to keep track of them all, but some might be seen as more of an affair or a one-night stand than girlfriends. Charlie’s girlfriend is easier to follow.

Courtney Leopold
Deception Bomb, girlfriend is a recurring character, appearing in a total of eight episodes. She’s one of the best characters introduced after season one, when audiences meet Courtney for the first time in season five, the daughter of her boyfriend Evelyn (Teddy). She manipulates Charlie and they end up “dating”, but it’s clear she’s doing it for his money.
Courtney and Teddy are eventually discovered to be liars who only want Evelyn and Charlie’s money. While Courtney is hilarious, hot, and definitely a strong woman, the entire crime scene definitely puts her at the bottom of this list.
angel
In the fifth season, Charlie even dated a mature and stylish woman. Angie is a writer and Charlie really did his best to make it work for her. However, in a dilemma, it turns out that Angie’s daughter-in-law is dating (and still in love with Charlie).
Charlie grew a bit more mature when he refused the young blonde to continue dating Angie, but things still exploded in front of him when the two eventually went their separate ways. Angie is a mother figure, and she’s not the most interesting character on this list, so she gets the less-than-impressive position.

Most people will probably remember Kandi as Alan’s recurring lover, but she dated Charlie first. She made her debut in the third season and was in a relationship with Charlie. They eventually break up when Charlie meets Mia, whom he has a crush on.
While Kandi isn’t the sharpest tool in the warehouse, she’s beloved for her sense of humor, free spirit, and complete confidence in herself. However, she is relatively low on the list due to her inability to maintain an interesting personality. However, she is clearly very popular because her co-star, April Bowlby, is one of the most followed people on Instagram.
Lydia
In season 4, Lydia is the girlfriend who brought Charlie’s problems with his mother to the fore. Lydia works in real estate, bossy and manipulative. She has two sons who look a lot like Charlie and Alan, and Charlie tries to get along with them.
Their relationship isn’t exactly toxic, and Lydia’s fiery personality actually comes as a bit of a surprise. However, this relationship is weird from the start, and it gets even weirder when she’s in the same room as Evelyn, as Lydia is clearly hostile towards her.
Rose
Fans don’t need to recall the whole crazy circus of Rose and Charlie’s relationship. Rose appears every season and is Charlie’s only girlfriend. They “date” a few times throughout the series and even got engaged. Rose is also the only woman Charlie has ever dated who is actually richer than he is.
While she looks sane and sweet, Rose is actually a very toxic person. She’s funny and kind, but the manipulation behind the curtain of her sincerity is terrifying. However, she makes this list because she’s funny and an important part of the series.
Shirley
Shirley is almost the female equivalent of Charlie. She plays hard and is very good at getting Charlie to sleep with her. However, this doesn’t quite work for Charlie, as he prefers to be a user and not the other way around.
Shirley has appeared in three episodes, and it’s great to see her able to give Charlie a taste of her own potion. He quickly learns not to mess with this powerful woman, a lesson he unfortunately fails to learn in later episodes.
Linda Harris
Linda meets Charlie on a date, and this time, he begins to like a woman his age. Linda is a court judge whose intelligence and reputation make Charlie unable to take his eyes off her. She’s a short-lived character, lasting only a few episodes, though she’s certainly a lover who deserves more than that.
Charlie even took care of her young son, which was a completely unexpected formative moment for his character. Linda is smart, strong, and maybe a bit more mature than Charlie. She can be a great long-term girlfriend, but it’s easy to admit that she’s a little too serious when it comes to dating Charlie.
lisa
Lisa appeared in the show’s first season, played by star actor Dennis Richards, the real-life ex-wife of Charlie Sheen. It was revealed that Lisa and Charlie were dating before she appeared on the show, Lisa appearing as Charlie’s old flame.
Charlie tries to win her heart back, but Lisa turns him down because of his well-documented commitment issues. Though unsuccessful, Lisa’s warmth, kindness, and maturity make her memorable compared to some of Charlie’s other loves. This ex should definitely not be destroyed by Charlie.
mia
When Mia first appeared in season three, Charlie was instantly hooked. In fact, she was one of only two women who were seriously engaged to Charlie. However, they later called it giving up before the wedding. She appeared mid-to-late season of the show for four seasons and created grief for Charlie and his other serious girlfriend, Chelsea. Charlie even ruined her wedding at one point, and at the time, fans really hated Charlie.
Mia’s humility, spirit and self-respect all helped Charlie change bad habits for a while, creating the basis for him to seriously date Chelsea. Speaking of Chelsea…

Chelsea made her debut in season six as a woman recognized by audiences as the person who changed Charlie Harper’s femininity forever. The two were engaged, but they could not continue. However, Charlie’s strength, ambition, and ability not to listen to nonsense are rare for his partner and very entertaining.
Chelsea has made Charlie better and fans have praised her for it. Chelsea will always be the lucky team for Charlie and the sitcom fans. As Charlie’s best girl, she totally deserves the top spot.
