The stunning new cosplay permeates the world with Iron Venom and makes Iron Man the king of the symbiote. Cosplayer mike_dd3d posted a perfect Venom and Iron Man cosplay on social media and received a lot of praise. It presents a terrifying vision of Iron Man, a character who has mastered the symbiote and become the Dark Lord – creating the ultimate nightmare for the MCU.
Mike_dd3d posted a cosplay shoot on Instagram. It shows an Iron Man armor, but the entire left side is covered in symbiote slime. The sticky part on the left resembles Venom’s costume, with a twisted spider symbol. What makes this cosplay really creepy is that this Iron Man avatar has clearly mastered the symbiote, as his head resembles Meridius, the black-clad future king who is now making life easier should be miserable for Eddie Brock venomMike has a small venom head that sticks out from his shoulder, adding a neat touch to the cosplay.
Fans flocked to Mike’s cosplay, garnering nearly 750 likes and countless admiring comments.
Mashup Iron Man Venom is bad news
Since Symbiosis Clothing was launched in 1984 Secret War #8, has a place in the Marvel Universe. Originally featuring Spider-Man, the most famous host of the symbiote suit is Eddie Brock aka Venom. In Donny Cates and Ryan Stegman’s epic take on the character, they redefine his mythology, introducing Knull and Known as the King in Black – the symbiote’s god of darkness. After defeating Knull, Eddie is promoted. As the new King in Black, Eddie is entangled in the future incarnation of the King, Meridius – and in this new cosplay, Eddie is usurped by Iron Man.
The symbiote suit Venom wears has given its host great powers, and the god they worship is even stronger, allowing him to slay other gods – and that power is now in the hands of Tony Stark. Mike dd3d’s cosplay costume evokes such a nightmare scenario and seems to confirm fans’ worst fears about what Iron Man would do if he had a symbiote. There are very few characters in the MCU who are smarter than Iron Man, and he seems to use Iron Man to control not only his own symbiote but the entire Hive. This combination of Iron Man and Venom has transformed itself to look like Meridius – suggesting that Iron Man will be bad news for the rest of the MCU.
Marvel has shown symbiote suits for many characters over the years, both in the comics and on variant covers. Some of these combos are great, while others are nightmare fuel. Cosplay from mike_dd3d goes one step further and brings Iron Venom, the perfect Iron Man/Venom combo, to monstrous life.
