She grew up in Mumbai, where she studied at Sacred Heart School, Kalyan, Mumbai. He served as the Cultural Secretary of his school for the year 2022-2023. Spandan is very active in co-curricular activities. He won the gold medal in IIMUN 2023.

When Spandan was two years old, she would accompany her cousin Sparsh Khanchandani, who was a child actress, to shooting sets and developed her interest in acting.

Spandan Chaturvedi started her career as a child artist with the TV serial Ek Veer Ki Ardaas…Veera (2012), in which she played the role of young Gunjan. The show aired on StarPlus.

Spandan Chaturvedi made her film debut in the 2019 Hindi-language biographical period drama film The Sholay Girl, in which she played the role of young Reshma Pathan. This film was released on OTT platform ZEE5. She then played the role of young Shakuntala Devi in the Hindi film Shakuntala Devi (2020). In 2022, she made her Telugu film debut with the film RRR as young Sita.
