Directed by Fede Alvarez, Alien: Romulus is the latest film in the sci-fi horror series, which began with Ridley Scott’s seminal 1979 film. The new film takes place between the first two installments in the series and follows a young crew as they encounter an alien alien species in deep space.

According to the star, the production uses not just animatronics but real people in costume, similar to how Scott brought the creature to life in the 1979 film. “This was definitely the first time seeing Alien. They used robots for that. And, they used a human, like a really tall person, in the costume and the special effects. We always had two Aliens on set, and they were so Terrible.
“The detail is incredible. I love the Xeno nails. That’s my favorite part, the chrome nails. I’m going to wear chrome nails at the premiere. You’ll see me wearing them everywhere. They’re incredible.”
