Early age and education
Robert Trump, whose full name was Robert Stewart Trump, was born in Queens, New York, on August 26, 1948. His father is Fred Trump and his mother is Mary Anne MacLeod. He was the youngest of his five children.
His siblings were Maryanne Trump Barry, Fred Trump Jr., Elizabeth Trump Grau and Donald Trump. Regarding his educational qualifications, he attended Boston University, where he majored in economics.
Likewise, while he was there he played soccer and was MVP and captain of the team in 1969.

Robert joined his father’s business and went on to manage the Trump Organization’s real estate holdings outside of Manhattan.
He also served on the board of directors of ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks, a position he held from 1999 until his death in 2020.
Additionally, during his tenure as director, ZeniMax published series including Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, Doom, and Wolfenstein. The media later highlighted his role in the company in the wake of the Parkland school shooting.
At that time his brother linked video games with violence and subsequently met with several industry bosses, including Robert Altman, CEO of ZeniMax. He was also an investor in the company. Additionally, in the years before his death, he was president of Trump Management.
It is a business owned by the Trump siblings, including him and Donald, as well as their sisters Maryanne Trump-Barry and Elizabeth Trump-Grau. Additionally, at one point, Trump worked as a real estate developer.
Relationship with Donald Trump
Donald Trump put him in charge of the Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in 1990. Additionally, according to Jack O’Donnell, Donald Trump yelled at his brother, blaming him entirely for the slot machine debacle.
Furthermore, he remained a loyal supporter of his brother’s political career. In a 2016 interview, he stated that he 1000% supported his brother, Donald Trump.
Death
In June 2020, he spent a week in intensive care at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. On August 14, 2020, the White House announced that he had been hospitalized again and that his brother, Donald Trump, would visit him.
Donald Trump visited him that day and later told him that he was very sick and was going through a difficult time. In August 15, 2020died at New York Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan at the age 7111 days before turning 72 years old.

However, the cause of death has not been revealed. Donald Trump said in a written statement that his brother is his best friend. A funeral was then held in his honor in the East Room, attended by 150 guests.
Furthermore, this was the first time in almost a century that a president held a funeral in the East Room. Donald Trump privately paid all expenses.

Robert lived in Millbrook, New York. In 1980 he married Blaine Beard, whom he met at a Christie’s fundraiser. Additionally, he had a stepson named Christopher Trump-Retchin.
The couple later filed for divorce in 2007 and the divorce was finalized in 2009. Again, he married his second wife, Ann Marie Pallan, in March 2020.
