Robert Loggia served in the United States Army. At the age of 25, he made his Broadway debut in the play The Man with the Golden Hand. Eric played Frankie Peppa in the 1956 film Somebody Up There Likes Me. He then appeared in The Three Sisters (1966), SOB (1981), Big (1988), Lifepod (1993), The Deal (2005) and other films.
Real Gangsters (2013), No Deposit (2015), Red Maple Leaf (2016) and Cry of the Unborn (2017) are his latest films. Robert made his television debut in an episode of Wagon Train and Alcoa Present: One Step Beyond in 1959. He played Thomas Hewitt Edward Cat on THE Cat for 26 episodes from 1966 to 1967.
Death
Robert died of Alzheimer’s disease on December 4, 2015 at the age of 85. It was diagnosed in 2010. He died at his home in Brentwood.
