  • Javed Akhtar’s name was credited for writing the lyrics of the song “Ishwar-Allah” (originally taken from the film 1947- Arth) in the trailer of the film “PM Narendra Modi”.   • Javed once sent a court notice to singer Amaal Malik and T-Series for not giving proper credit to the original writers of the famous 90s song ‘Ghar Se Nikalte Hi’. The writer criticized him for crediting ‘Kunal Verma’ as the lyricist. The lyrics of the song were changed except for the hook phrase. Javed was served a notice with a claim of a staggering Rs.
