Dude Perfect, a 5-member YouTube sports and comedy creator, revealed his intentions for his new headquarters through a video posted to Twitter on Tuesday, September 27. A 330-foot donkey tower, Crazy Mini Golf, Trick Shot Town, Dude Perfect Museum, two acres of outdoor space, retail and restaurant will be part of the headquarters.
Overland Partners, an architecture firm based in Frisco, Texas, was chosen to realize the firm’s vision. According to the Dallas Morning News, the team has not yet chosen a location for the base, but because their current headquarters are in Texas, they are looking to establish a future headquarters in Texas. Texas A&M University, the group’s alma mater, also tweeted about the project, saying the new campus would cost $100 million.

Dude Perfect’s net worth is closely tied to their YouTube channel.
This sports and comedy entertainment company is valued at $50 million as of April 2023. They have nearly 57 million YouTube subscribers and 11.6 million Instagram followers. Since releasing their debut prank video in 2009, the group’s YouTube account has amassed around 15 billion views. According to Finty.com, the group earns between $20 million and $25 million annually through its YouTube channel and sponsorship deals. They signed a multi-year deal with Amazon and Thursday Night Football to host their own short-term show.
Tyler Toney, Cody Jones, Garrett Hilbert and twins Coby and Cory Cotton are five members of Dude Perfect who have broken multiple Guinness World Records. The Dude Perfect Show, their CMT network television show, debuted in 2016. Additionally, Dude Perfect has appeared in a series of Face-Off videos on the Whistle Sports Network’s YouTube channel. Coby and Cory Cotton, Cody Jones, Garrett Hilbert and Tyler Toney were all former roommates at Texas A&M University.
