Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s 13-year marriage ended on October 28 when they officially divorced. The announcement of their divorce followed several reports of their split. Bundchen announced their “friendly divorce” on Instagram and said the couple will continue to raise their children together:
“With deep gratitude for our time together, Tom and I settled the divorce amicably.” My first priority is always and always will be our children, the children I hold dear. We will continue to be co-parents to give them the love, care and care they so much deserve.”
Brady expressed similar sentiments in his own statement, saying:
“After 13 years of marriage, my husband and I divorced.” We’ve come to this conclusion calmly and gratefully for the time we’ve spent together.”
Before the news, TMZ said Gisele Bundchen filed for divorce in Florida on Friday and Brady decided not to object to the divorce. According to the magazine, lawyers for both sides have been working on the settlement since October and appear to have reached an agreement on custody of assets and children. According to court documents, Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady decided to divorce because their marriage was “irretrievably destroyed”. The couple have also filed settlement agreements with the court, although the terms are said to be private.
According to the documents, Bundchen and Brady completed the “Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course” and their marital status was changed to “single and unmarried.”

Meanwhile, according to another insider, Brady and Bundchen have been living apart for a month and Bundchen is “sad” about the situation:
