Devika Bhise is an Indian-American actress, dancer, singer and screenwriter. She played the character of Janaki opposite Dev Patel in the British biographical drama film ‘The Man Who Knew Infinity’ (2015).

Devika was born in an American family of Indian origin. Her father’s name is Bharat Bhise and mother’s name is Swati Bhise, who is a famous Indian classical dancer. He has a brother and his name is Aditya Bhise. In 2019, she got engaged to her boyfriend Nicholas Gilson.

When she was in tenth grade, she was selected for the Hollywood film, The Accidental Husband (2008). Later, he participated in his college play ‘The Partition’ based on the life of the famous Indian mathematician Ramanujan. At the age of 18, she directed a documentary ‘Hijras: The Third Gender’, which was a part of her college project. Later, she starred in a few films including ‘The Man Who Knew Infinity’ (2015), ‘The Rest of Us’ (2018), and ‘The Warrior Queen of Jhansi’ (2019).
He has also starred in the English TV series One Bad Choice (2015) and Elementary (2015). She co-wrote the 2019 British period drama film ‘The Warrior Queen of Jhansi’ with her mother.
