Months after Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce made their romance public, Kansas City Chief coach Andy Reid weighs in on the popular relationship.
During a recent interview with PEOPLE, Reid had nothing but praise for Swift and Kelce. “She has a great guy that she’s dating right now,” the NFL coach stated. “So I’m happy for both of them.”
Reid also spoke to Outkick The Five Points on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce in October. “I knew her from Philadelphia; Her father was a big NFL fan, so I met her when she was very young, and also her father. I joked about setting Kelce up and, you know, just saying! She is a good girl, he likes her, we are glad she is here.”

Swift stated that when she attended her first Chiefs game, they were already a couple. “I think some people think they saw our first date at that game. “We would never be psychotic enough to launch a first date hard.”
Taylor Swift added that she and Kelce both support each other and that no one else matters. “The opposite of that is that you have to go to extreme lengths to make sure no one knows you’re dating someone. And we are just proud of each other.”
Before dating Kelce, Swift had dated actor Joe Alwyn for six years.
