Nate Bargatze will make his hosting debut on Saturday night live on Saturday (Oct. 28), and you might be curious about the comedian who just delivered the opening monologue.

Let’s start with the basics! The 44-year-old comedian hails from Nashville, Tennessee. According to his website, he has a reputation for being “the nicest man in stand-up.”

Nate’s sense of humor has been described as relatable and has earned him a variety of stand-up specials on Netflix and Prime Video. The last one of his is called Hello Worldand you can see it in this latest transmitter.
Although he is a presenter for the first time in SNL, this is not his first time on the night scene. Nate has previously appeared on Tonight’s show starring Jimmy Fallon.
If you haven’t seen him there, there’s a good chance you’ve seen a couple of his videos on TikTok, where he’s amassed over 1.2 million followers.
Nate is excited for the opportunity to appear on SNLdescribing it as “beyond a dream come true” on Instagram.
She is the third person to host the show following its return from an extended hiatus due to the writers’ strike. Former cast member Pete Davidson kicked off the new season followed by Bad Bunny, who served as musical guest and host.
