Adam Richman was born into a Jewish family on May 16, 1974 in Brooklyn, New York. He attended the Solomon Schechter School until the eighth grade and then continued his studies at the Talmud Torah High School. Adam graduated from Emory University with a BA in International Studies. Richman attended the Yale School of Drama for his MFA and was also a member of Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity.
