Vin Diesel is being accused of sexual assault by a former assistant.
The incident allegedly occurred in the fall of 2010 when Vin was working on the film. quick five.
Asta Jonasson says she was hired by Vin’s production company to work for him while he filmed the movie in Atlanta. vanity fair reports that her job responsibilities included “hosting parties, accompanying Diesel to parties, and making sure she was physically close to him in case his pictures were taken with women when he attended events without his long-time girlfriend.”
The alleged incident took place in Vin’s St. Regis hotel suite and details of what happened were revealed in the lawsuit.

Asta claims that he was asked to wait in Vin’s suite that night and when the others left, he grabbed her wrists and pulled her towards the bed. She says she asked him to stop and was able to get out of her reach, but he approached her again and “started touching her breasts and kissing her.”
The lawsuit states: “Ms. Jonasson was afraid to push back harder on her supervisor, knowing that removing him from that room was crucial to her personal and job safety. But this hope died when Vin Diesel knelt, pushed Ms. Jonasson’s dress to her waist and sexually abused her body, running his hands up and down Ms. Jonasson’s legs, including the insides. of the thighs”.
Asta claims that Vin tried to pull down her underwear, but she screamed and ran down the hallway. He allegedly followed her, pinned her against the wall and put her hand on his manhood. She claims he then pleasured himself while she “closed her eyes, trying to dissociate from the sexual assault and avoid making him angry.”
Hours after the incident, Asta claims she received a phone call from Vin’s sister informing her that she had been fired, less than two weeks after starting work.
The lawsuit says: “It was clear to her that she was being fired because she was no longer useful: Vin Diesel had used her to satisfy his sexual desires and she had resisted his sexual assaults.”
Asta says he was unable to speak until now due to a confidentiality agreement, but the Speak Out Law and California’s AB2777 now allow him to do so.
Vin was spotted out in public last week while supporting a famous friend.
