In an email to PEOPLE, a spokesperson for Usher confirmed that his union was official. Noting that only “close friends and family” were present at the event.
“We can confirm that USHER and Jennifer Goicoechea took the next step in their relationship and tied the knot on Sunday night in Las Vegas surrounded by family and close friends,” the spokesperson said in an email to PEOPLE.
“They both hope to continue raising their children together surrounded by love and thank everyone for the well wishes.”
In an interview with GENTE in 2023, the R&B singer gushed about his love for Goicoechea.
“We have an incredible dynamic between our relationship where I can still be passionate about what I do and have an incredible partner to get through some of the most difficult times when I was a young man dealing with children and dealing with the dynamics of how to communicate with them “he told the outlet.
Chili reveals details about ‘Confessions’
Most Usher fans will argue that his Confessions The album is what catapulted him from R&B star to R&B legend. The album recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of its release.
