Travis Kelce reveals the touching way he and Taylor Swift handle ‘outside noise’

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship has been a source of constant attention, both good and bad, which could cause a lot of stress for the couple. But they don’t let the “noise” affect them.

Kelce spoke at a press conference on Friday, ahead of this Sunday’s AFC championship. One of the questions they asked him was about her new romance. One journalist asked if all the “energy” created by the media gives them much to do.

Kelce downplayed the issue and admitted that none of it bothers him or his girlfriend.

“The only thing we’ve talked about is that as long as we’re happy, we can’t hear anything that’s outside noise,” he said. “That’s all that matters.”

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been dating since last July and went public in September. The day Swifties found out about the love story, they and the media became obsessed.

The singer has regularly attended the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s games this season, causing a whole new audience to tune in, much to the chagrin of NFL fans.

NFL fans ‘disenchanted’ by Taylor Swift

Hardcore fans think the cameras and focus are too much on Swfit and often complain about it on social media. Former Colts coach Tony Dungy has even talked about how he believes his presence is driving people away from football.

During an interview with Fox Newshost Raymond Arroyo told Dungy that only 23% of Gen Zers “consider themselves avid sports fans” and then asked him why he thought that was the case.

“I think we’ll always have sports in some form,” Dungy responded. “Some people are disenchanted with this.”

When asked about Taylor Swift’s fame on game day, Dungy elaborated.

“That’s what disenchants people with sports now,” he continued. “There’s so much outside stuff that comes in. Entertainment value and different things that detract from what’s actually happening on the field.”

Travis Kelce and the Chiefs will face the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, January 28. Taylor Swift is expected to be in the stands. Whoever wins that game will go to the Super Bowl on February 11.
