Anitta is back with new music!
The 30-year-old Brazilian singer has released her song “funk rave”, marking her first release under her new music deal with Republic Records in association with Universal Music Latin Entertainment.
“All of the music that I have been making over the last year is music that I am very proud of,” Anitta said in a statement. “It is incredibly Brazilian and intentionally international. I made sure it sounded like me in every fiber of the music. Brazilian funk is my roots. It’s what I was born and grew up doing. It is my home. I made this new music with the intention of showing everyone those roots, what’s most important to me, and leading with ‘Funk Rave’ does exactly that.”
Anitta begins the song: “Look what you can’t have, you boss bitch.”
