Tony married Elaine Coker shortly after his divorce from Sarcone became official. And with Elaine he has two daughters, Bianca and Devon. Tony and Elaine are the founders of the Tony La Russa Animal Rescue Foundation, based in Walnut Creek, California, USA.
The foundation saves abandoned and injured animals and runs programs to bring dogs and cats to abused children, hospitalized patients, seniors and housebound people.
