Inspired by the novels of the same name by EL James, the Fifty Shades of Grey The film franchise caused some controversy with its gripping stories.
Centering on the dramatic romance between Dakota Johnson’s Anastasia Steele and Jamie Dornan’s Christian Grey, the series began in 2015 and concluded three years later with Fifty Shades Freed.
They remain some of the highest-grossing R-rated movies of all time and feature a cast of appropriately talented (and wealthy) actors.
