Joseph George, popularly known as Joju George, was born on Saturday, 22 October 1977 (age 46 years; as in 2023) in Mala, Thrissur district, Kerala, India. His zodiac sign is Libra. He completed his schooling from GHS Kuzur in Mala, Thrissur. He did his graduation from Christ College, Irinjalakuda, Kerala.

Joju first appeared in a small role as a college student named Siby Jacob in the film Mazhavilkudaram (1995). He also worked as an assistant director on some films before moving into supporting roles. He then appeared in small roles in some hit films such as Friends (1999), Ravanaprabhu (2001), Manasinakkare (2003) and Chanthupottu (2005). He received widespread appreciation for his supporting roles as Sai Prashanth in Neram (2013), Chakkattutharayil Sukku in Pullipulikalam Attinkuttiyum (2013) and Cricket Coach David in 1983 (2014).

Controversy
A political party has filed a complaint about Joju’s off-road ride
A complaint was filed against Joju George by the Kerala Students Union (KSU) in 2022, stating that he was part of an off-road event that took place at a site specifically meant for farming. Furthermore, he alleged that there were no security measures in place. The case was reportedly closed after payment of a fine of Rs. Rs 5000 for violation.
Uproar against road blocking
Joju George had a dispute with a political party during his protest against road blocking, due to which the party accused him of being in an inebriated state. Later trials showed that the allegation was not true. He suffered minor injuries in the uproar among the protesters. The protesters also damaged his car.
