The internet lit up after seeing images of influencer Amber Rose and Texan quarterback CJ Stroud potentially hanging around the dating pool.
The star quarterback and model swung for the fences at the 2024 Cactus Jack Foundation HBCU Celebrity Softball Classic at Minute Maid Park.

Afterwards, they appeared to take a ride to the same attraction, which created great charisma in the carpool. Both Rose (40) and Stroud (22) are reportedly single, leading some to speculate that the two could be a budding romance between May and December.

Of course, fans on X (formerly Twitter) went wild with speculation upon witnessing the two together. Many felt that the match was decidedly not made in heaven. “We need a prayer circle and IMMEDIATE intervention!!!” one X user joked.
“I rebuke him in the name of Jesus!” joked another. “CJ, my friend, your lord and savior Jesus Christ would definitely not approve of that,” another fan agreed.
“Bloodsucker! Stay away from that young man! CJ, don’t do it!,” a concerned fan chimed in. Another fan saw the bright side and added: “She could have been a Kardashian.”
Meanwhile, other X users were a little more level-headed after seeing Amber Rose and CJ Stroud walking together. “The man offered her a ride. Now everyone can get rid of themselves,” one user wrote.
Amber Rose Shuts Down CJ Stroud Dating Rumors
However, Amber Rose was quick to dispel rumors that she was dating CJ Stroud. “We literally don’t know each other and we met yesterday at a softball game,” Rose wrote in an Instagram Story on Friday. “The sprinter [van] “He dropped me off and was kind enough to take me to my hotel.”
Of course, Rose is no stranger to high-profile romances. She dated Kanye West from 2008 to approximately 2010. She was married to Wiz Khalifa from 2011 to 2014 and they have a 10-year-old son named Sebastian, nicknamed “Bash.” Since her divorce, they have focused on co-parenting.
Rose also has a 4-year-old son named Slash with Alexander “AE” Edwards, whom she dated from 2018 to 2021. Edwards, 38, is now dating music icon Cher despite a significant age difference.
CJ Stroud has yet to comment on the rumors.
