It wasn’t the experience she expected, as a Taylor Swift fan revealed she paid $800 for a ticket to the Eras Tour only to end up not seeing the stage from her seat.
In a post on TikTok, Swiftie revealed that her seat on the Eras Tour was obstructed by a huge tent “tower” at the Melbourne Cricket Ground last month. He said other people around him, who had traveled from Sydney, were crying over the unfortunate sight.
Although he told workers there about the unfortunate circumstance, he said they continued to “pass it on” to other staff members.
“POV: You pay $800 for a VIP ticket to Taylor Swift and you don’t get to see the stage,” Swiftie wrote in the caption. “Ticktek, please explain.”

Eventually, fans were able to find a staff member who helped them find other seats. However, they ended up missing the first songs Taylor Swift performed.
“We missed more of the concert as we ran to the new seats,” Swiftie shared. “And while we did the best we could, it definitely had an impact on our experience.”
Swiftie added that employees moved her to another restricted area, but it was better than her original view. “It took us an hour talking to five different supervisors, but we got to see the scene, which was the only thing that mattered. “I didn’t think paying for VIP would give us restricted seating.”
Taylor Swift is currently in Singapore and will finish her career there on March 9. She will then head to Europe when she begins her French leg on May 9.
Taylor Swift once said Australian fans were her ‘favourites’

“I just want to thank you for being one of my favorites,” he said at the time. “They’ve made Australia one of my favorite places because we can come here and play stadiums.”
Taylor Swift also gushed about the incredible Australian audiences who have attended her shows over the years.
“I just want to thank you for making this a place I come to, and I feel very comfortable here, like at home,” he added. “Because I feel like they understand what I’m trying to do.”
The Daily Mail also reported that more than 800,000 fans got tickets to Swift’s Eras Tour. She performed in Sydney and Melbourne last month.
