Politics
In 1989, he assumed the role of General Secretary in the Rajasthan University student elections. During the 1990s, he became a pracharak of the RSS. From 2010 to 2014, he played a crucial role as the National Convener of Youth Against Corruption (YAC). Sunil Bansal is a former National Co-Organization Minister of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. Sunil Bansal has been actively involved in an anti-corruption movement and served as the National Convener of Youth Against Corruption (YAC) between 2010 and 2014. This person has also authored books and articles covering topics such as national security, the Indian educational system, and systemic reforms. His journey within the BJP continued to flourish as he was appointed co-in-charge of Uttar Pradesh during the 2014 Indian General Election. Recognizing his contributions, the BJP named him the State General Secretary (Org.) of Uttar Pradesh in 2017. Sunil Bansal, formerly the Organization Minister of BJP, was promoted to the role of National General Secretary in January 2023. Alongside this, he was given the significant responsibility of being the state in charge of West Bengal, Odisha, and Telangana.
