Strange things The fourth season aired between May and July 2022, but fans will be waiting a while to see more episodes since filming for the fifth and final season hasn’t even started.
In January 2023, it was announced that the cast would receive large pay increases for the next season and that episodes would begin production in May 2023.
Due to the writers’ strike and now the actors’ strike, production never began and it is unclear when it will begin.
The show’s creators, The Duffer Brothers, have said they will not introduce any major new characters in the final season and will focus on recapping the stories of existing characters.
