Sophie Grégoire was born on Thursday, 24 April 1975 (age 48 years; as of 2023) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Her zodiac sign is Taurus. She spent her childhood in the Mount Royal suburb of Montreal, where she studied in a school with Michel Trudeau, who was her classmate and the youngest brother of her future husband, Justin Trudeau. She completed high school at Pensionnat du Saint-Nom-de-Marie in Montreal. When she was around 17 years old, she suffered from bulimia nervosa, an eating disorder.
