The famous trio of heroes that have been around since the Sega Genesis era of the video game industry, Sonic, Tails and Knuckles have had their ups and downs over the years, but as the rolling hills of the Green Hill Zone needed to be. rescue, they were always there to stop evil, Dr. Robotnik died on his way. And now, with their true superhero redesign, Robotnik and his robotic minions not only have to worry about Team Sonic thwarting their plans at every turn, but they also look pretty cool hero!
Drawing this iconic trio as they step into the frame and go where their skills are needed most, Bruka immediately illustrates why Team Sonic needed this superhero-related visual retouch. It looks like they’re hitting the gym between collecting Chaos Emeralds and Gold Rings, and all three heroes have more summoner spells and more mature physicality as they bomb the clouds; an interesting design that makes them look more epic, thanks to the more comic and superhero-like art style that Bruka has rendered for them. Soaring through the sky in an action pose, Sonic wears a pair of tight shorts and spiky blue hair, while Knuckles shares his long red hair with his shorts-wearing brother with a facial expression. resolute but fun. The tail is placed in the distant background as he points to their landing pad, he wears a worker’s utility belt, overalls, and of course his signature helicopter tail, twirling like no tomorrow!
So while Sonic and company already have hero status among the people they protect and fight every day, true superhero makeovers can only happen in the world of human art. This fan and epic work begins with the fact that Fans will love the way their new look looks, no doubt, appreciate it.
