Syed Shahab Ali is an Indian actor, who started his acting career in theatre. He became famous by appearing in the TV web series ‘The Family Man’ (2019).

Shahab was born on 29 September in New Delhi. His zodiac sign is Libra. He did his schooling from Anglo Arabic Senior Secondary School. School, Delhi. After this he took admission in Maharaja Agrasen College of Delhi University and did BA from there. He did PG Diploma in Mass Media and Creative Writing from Jamia Millia Islamia. Later, he joined the National School of Drama in New Delhi.
Family
He was born in a Muslim family. His father owned a kite shop and worked as a watch repairer in New Delhi. Her mother used to run a beauty parlor at home. Shahab’s father died when he was very young. He has a brother Saif Ali and a sister Syed Saba Ali.

He started acting in theater plays when he was in college. After completing his college he worked as a journalist. After a few months of his job, he joined NSD and left journalism.
He has worked in many theater plays with leading artists including Mohan Maharshi, Anuradha Kapoor, Abhilash Pillai and Ovalyakuli Khodjakuli. He has worked with ‘Kingdom of Dreams’, India’s first live entertainment, theater and leisure venue.

In 2018, he played a small role in the film ‘Kedarnath’.
