Saoirse Ronan goes out to promote her new film.
The four-time Oscar-nominated actress, 29, attended the premiere of her new film The race surpassed during the Sundance Film Festival 2024 on Friday night (January 19) at the Library Center Theater in Park City, Utah.

Joining Saoirse at the premiere were the film’s director, Nora Fingscheidt, and author Amy Liptrot, who wrote the 2016 memoir of the same name on which the film is based.

Here is the synopsis of the film: “After living a life on the edge in London, Rona (Ronan) tries to come to terms with her turbulent past. She returns to the wild beauty of Scotland’s Orkney Islands, where she grew up, in the hope of healing.”
Nora and Amy co-wrote the script.
