From a very young age, I used to watch TV shows and ask my mother if I too could become an actress. I used to stand in front of the mirror and do scenes. I told my mother about my dream and my parents decided to take me to Midnapore to attend dance and acting classes. My parents took me for auditions and I got a role in Maa Durga. That was in 2014. Later, I got another role in Goyanda Ginni. At that time, I used to travel from Jhargram. If I had time to call around 8 am, we would have to catch the train at 3.30 am. My parents gradually realized that it was becoming hectic for me. Dad decided to shift me and mom to Kolkata, while he and my brother stayed back there.”
