In 2002, Sachin Shroff made his debut on television with the show Kammal on Zee TV in which he played the role of Viraj. He shot to fame with the television show Sinndoor Tere Naam Ka in which he played the lead role of Dhruv Raizada.

- In 2022, Sachin left the television show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein as he felt that the character he played was gradually turning dull and uninteresting. In an interview, he revealed the reason for quitting the show mid-way and said,
It was a good character, and I enjoyed playing it while my track was on. It was a happy-go-lucky character. The makers gave it importance when I entered the show. My track was really good initially, but gradually it did not shape up the way we thought it would. So I felt it was best to move on.”
