Ryan Garcia References Odd Diddy After Failing Drug Test

Professional boxing superstar Ryan Garcia shocked the world when he faced undefeated Devin Haney on April 19. Garcia, who was a historic loser, put on a clinic until the end with Haney winning by decision in their fight.

But on May 1, it was revealed that Garcia tested positive for PEDs in his win over Haney.

Ryan García mentions Diddy amid accusations

Following the indictment, Garcia named Bad Boy founder Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that he paid for the drug test that came back positive.

“Diddy allegedly paid for the drug test,” Garcia said on X, formerly known as Twitter, on May 1.

Haney is known to be in a relationship with the music mogul. Before the fight, he began circulating a photo of the boxing star posing with Diddy at one of his pool parties.

García also vehemently denied being guilty of using prohibited substances.

“Fake news like I’m Donald Trump”: “I came here to address this damn claim that I cheated. “Everyone knows I don’t cheat,” he said. “Why didn’t they come up with this before the fight, if they found it before? Why would they let me get in the ring as a cheater?

Haney criticizes Ryan after banned substances accusation

But even though Ryan denies the claim, Haney doesn’t believe it. Following the report, Haney issued a statement to ESPN saying it is “unfortunate” that Garcia chose to fight “dirty.”

“We learned of this situation not long ago and it is unfortunate that Ryan has misled and disrespected both the fans and the sport of boxing by fighting dirty and testing positive not once, but twice,” Haney said.

“I have always been a defender of fair fighting and this is an example of that. Ryan owes the fans an apology and based on his recent tweet, he still thinks this is a joke. We risk our lives to make a living entertaining people. “We don’t play boxing.”

Haney also acknowledged the dangers of using PEDs in a combat sport.

“This puts the fight in a completely different light. Despite the disadvantage, I still fought with my shield and got up,” she added.

“People die in this sport. “This is no joking matter.”
