The Real Housewives of Miami returns with a new season that primarily focuses on Lisa Hochstein’s divorce from the famous plastic surgeon, to whom she was married for 15 years. The teaser hints at a lot of drama, conflict and betrayal. While divorce will be the main theme, other housewives will also have plenty to deal with during the upcoming RHOM season.
The True Housewives of Miami Season 5: What to Expect
The Real Ladies of Miami is back for another season, and something is wrong in the life of one of the housewives again. The show will follow these ladies as they enjoy an affluent lifestyle but a housewife’s life is turned upside down. The show’s teaser reveals that Lenny and Lisa have divorced after 15 years of marriage. Lisa was lucky to have the support of her RHOM co-stars during this difficult time. Season 5 will also include a holiday where the women can relax and have fun. They are going to Baha Mar, a resort in the Bahamas.
But what is a RHOM trip without some drama? While the holiday started off on a positive note, with the stars having fun, relaxing and playing pranks on each other, things quickly went awry. People started fighting, which made the holiday seem serious and awkward. Alexia Nepola, Larsa Pippen, Guerdy Abraira, Dr. Nicole Martin, Julia Lemigova and Lisa Hochstein return as the featured cast for Season 5 of True Housewives of Miami.
Marysol Patton, Adriana De Moura and Kiki Barth join them as supporting actors and friends. The teaser also reveals a visit by one of the show’s last OGSs, Leo Black, who tries to get Lisa to swallow the bitter pill and accept the end of her marriage.
Lisa says in the trailer:
“My life changed in the blink of an eye; I’m losing my best friend, I’m losing my life partner – to another woman.”
But that’s not all; The Real Housewives of Miami star will also lose her personal trainer, leaving her as a client to train Lenny’s new lover. Lisa convinces estranged husband Lenny not to let his girlfriend near their children during a heated phone conversation.
She continued:
“If you take those kids anywhere near my damn kids, it’s going to be a big problem, you understand?”
Lisa said at BravoCon 2022 that her RHOM co-stars are like sisters. She also said that she wasn’t quite ready to see the movie because she didn’t recognize herself six months ago. She also said at the Bravo event that going through the divorce, both personally and publicly “for the world to see,” was extremely painful.
