Rakesh Adiga is an Indian actor, screenwriter, director and rapper. He mainly works in Kannada cinema. He is also an accomplished playback singer and supporting actor. In August 2022, he came into limelight after participating as one of the contestants of the Kannada reality show Bigg Boss OTT.

Rakesh Adiga was born on Friday, 6 June 1986 (age 37 years; as in 2023) in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. His zodiac sign is Gemini. He completed his schooling from Janseva Vidya Kendra Residential School, Bangalore. He was born and brought up in Karnataka’s prestigious Adiga family, which owns several hotels and restaurants across Karnataka. When he was studying in college, he was involved in a music band in college. In 2019, the band composed two songs for the Kannada film – Harikatha.

Rakesh then appeared in several Kannada films including Adiga Raja Loves Radhe, Yaare Koogadali, Nanda Gokula, Mandahasa and Karnataka Ayodhyapuram. She was then cast in a romantic film Mandhaasa in 2010, but it was delayed. In 2011, he appeared in the role of a villain in the film Alemari. Next, he was cast as a lover boy in the film Mansology. Rakesh Adiga later acted as a villain in more than 13 Kannada films. Rakesh Adiga worked in the film Pari in 2012 and this film flopped badly at the box office.
