Pete Davidson mourns the loss of his family dog, Henry: ‘Thank you for making our lives more fulfilling’

Pete Davidson shared sad news about his beloved dog Henry.

The 29 year old Saturday night live alum took to social media on Thursday (May 4) to confirm that her pet had passed away. She was only two years old.

He shared a moving tribute along with several photos.

“Hey guys. I know today is the bukis the day of the premiere, but I want to take advantage of today to remember my dog ​​Henry”, he wrote along with several photos shared on the Instagram account of his friend and collaborator Dave Sirus.

He went on to write: “Yesterday we lost a key member of the Davidson family. Henry was only 2 years old, but unfortunately he got sick very quickly. My mom, sister and I got Henry at the beginning of the pandemic and he saved our lives. I’m not even sure I’d be here without him. He was the happiest, sweetest dog in the world.”

“He used to get excited when he saw me and peed everywhere. When she was working on snl my mom would send me videos of him looking and smiling and making noise when he appeared on the screen,” Pete recalled. “I never really see any of my stuff with anyone because I’m too scared, but I didn’t mind seeing it with Henry. He really he was the best. My mom, sister and I are broken and will miss him forever. We love you Henry. Thank you for making our lives more fulfilling and reminding me of what really matters.”
