Rajveer Jawanda was born in village Pona, Jagraon, Ludhiana. He comes from a family with a Punjab Police background; Because most of his family members are working in Punjab Police. He studied at Sanmati Vimal Jain School in Jagraon and went to DAV College for his graduation. Jawanda started learning music from his guru Lalli Khan at a very young age. He used to listen to Gurdas Maan during his school days. After completing his graduation, Jawanda joined Punjabi University for postgraduate studies. When he was studying in university he actively participated in various music competitions. After completing his post-graduation, he passed the Punjab Police examination and underwent one year training under the Punjab Police.

Rajveer started his singing career in 2016 with the song “Kali Jawande Di”. After this, he sang the song “Muqabla” which gained him widespread popularity. Subsequently, he released songs like “Patiala Shahi Peg,” “Kesari Jhande,” “Shaukeen,” “Landlord,” and “Surname.” In 2017, he launched his Punjabi song “Kangini” which became a huge hit. This song earned millions of views within a few hours of its release.
In 2018, Jawanda made his acting debut in the Punjabi film “Subedar Joginder Singh”, in which he played the role of ‘Sepoy Bahadur Singh’.
