Benjamin Sesko is a Slovenian professional footballer. Benjamin Sesko plays as a forward for RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga and the Slovenia national team. He became the youngest player in the Slovenia senior national team when he debuted in June 2021, when he was 18 years old.
Early life and childhood
Benjamín Sesko was born on May 31, 2003, in Radeče, Slovenia. He is 20 years and is under the astrological sign of Gemini. He has Slovenian nationality.

Career and professional life
Benjamin Sesko began his career at his hometown club Radeče when he was in first grade. He spent a year with Rudar Trbovlje in the under-11 team, before returning to Radeče.
Then, in 2016, he was able to move to Krško. There he was able to play with the under-15 and under-17 categories. Additionally, in the 2017-18 season, he scored 59 goals in 23 games with the under-15 team. He went on to join Domžale in 2018 and stayed there for one season.
Likewise, when he turned 16, he was able to sign a three-year professional contract with Red Bull Salzburg and debuted on January 30, 2021. He was transferred to his farm club FC Liefering immediately after signing with Red Bull Salzburg.
He had the opportunity to compete in the Austrian Second League. Furthermore, in the 2020-21 season, he was able to become the second best scorer in the league and scored most of his goals in the final part of the season.

He was even able to make his under-19 debut in a friendly match against Austria in September 2020. As soon as he turned 18, he became the youngest debutant on the national team. And, in October 2021, he was able to score his first goal for Slovenia in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification match. This goal made him the youngest scorer in Slovenia’s history, at 18 years old, 4 months and 8 days.
Additionally, Benjamin Sesko helped Slovenia avoid relegation to League C with two decisive goals during the 2022-23 UEFA Nations League B campaign. And his goal against Sweden was described as a “wonderful goal” by the media and was nominated as one of the best goals of the day by UEFA.
