Parvesh Bhainswal, also known as Parvesh Malik, was born on Saturday, 12 April 1997 (age 26 years; as in 2023) in Sonipat district, Haryana, India. His zodiac sign is Aries. He is a resident of Bhainswal village of Sonipat district.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. When Parvesh was young, he used to watch his elder brother play Kabaddi, after which he developed interest in the game and started participating in tournaments. After his father’s death, he decided to quit playing; However, his brother supported him and told him to continue playing.

Parvesh played in under-14 school games and his talent was recognized during the University Nationals when coach Jaiveer Sharma spotted him. After this, he joined the Sports Authority of India in Gandhinagar. He has participated in several domestic tournaments, representing both the Income Tax and Railways teams.
In 2020, he played with the Indian Railways team and won the gold medal in the 67th Senior National Kabaddi Championship. In 2022, he won the trophy and gold medal with his team in the 69th Men’s Senior National Kabaddi Championship.

Pro Kabbadi League
Parvesh’s presence in the national team attracted the attention of Jaipur Pink Panthers, who recruited him for Season 4 of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL). In 2016, Pravesh Bhainswal made his debut in Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) as a player of Jaipur Pink Panthers team.
In the PKL Season 5 auction in 2017, he was bought by Gujarat Fortune Giants team for Rs 25 lakh. In Season 5, he scored 48 tackle points in 24 matches with 4 super tackles. In Season 6 of PKL, he was again sold to Gujarat Fortunegiants for Rs 35 lakh. During the sixth season of the Pro Kabaddi League, he performed impressively. He achieved his personal highest tackle score with 86 tackle points in 25 matches, which included 4 super tackles. In 2019, he scored 55 tackle points in 22 matches in PKL Season 7. In 2021, he was retained as a member of Gujarat Giants in Season 8 of the PKL.
In the 2022 Season 9 of the Pro Kabaddi League, he was sold for Rs 62 lakh and Parvesh Bhainswal played for the Telugu Titans in the Pro Kabaddi League, showcasing his skills as a left cover and earning six High 5s in 21 games. Parvesh was retained by Telugu Titans in the August 2023 auction for PKL 10.
