Usopp lied a lot in the early days female Caricatures, but most of them are ultimately real. Eiichiro Oda’s masterpiece is more than two decades old, and its world is still expanding. Even now, many characters are being introduced in the series, and many more are yet to appear. Although the number of characters is increasing, each character is still interesting and unique. No quirks are reused and everyone matters to the story. Of course, the characters introduced at the beginning of the story all have their own personalities, especially the members of the Grass Mountain bandits.
Usopp is one of the earliest characters to appear in the Straw Hats. In his early stories, he was known to lie a lot. His character is mostly brave and tough acting. However, as the story progresses, he becomes worthy of being part of Luffy’s crew. As a teenager, Usopp was the laughing stock of Syrup village, always shouting “pirate” to anger the villagers. However, his lie did not stop at claiming that the pirates had anchored near their village and were about to attack the town. He also tells Kaya, the sickly girl he likes, about the many false adventures he has had. Of course, none of this is real, or at least not based on Usopp’s actual experience. But it turns out that some of his stories are actually foreshadowing. Here are some of the lies Usopp told Kaya that later turned out to be the truth.

Giant goldfish and island-sized poop
Usopp goes to Kaya’s place and tells her made-up stories to cheer her up. One of the stories he told her was about a giant goldfish he encountered in the southern seas. According to him, the goldfish poop was so large that he mistook it for an island, so he parked his boat there. He also claims that he filleted the fish and fed it in a small country. In the Little Garden chapter, the Straw Hats encounter two former giant pirates, and they also encounter the Island Eater. This is a huge goldfish, almost on par with Aquaman. It is said to eat whole ships and islands, which is why many ships never reach their destination. It is so large that its droppings are also known as Nani Monet Island. As a thank you and farewell gift to the Straw Hat Pirates, Brogi and Dory killed it with a single shot.
kingdom of dwarves
This lie is told along with the lie about the giant goldfish. Usopp told Kaya that after defeating the giant goldfish, he butchered it and gave it to the whole country. Not only that, he also claimed they hadn’t eaten the whole goldfish. Usopp found that country by accident in the Dressrosa Arc. To be precise, the dwarves kidnapped him and Robin and brought them to the Totata kingdom. However, Usopp got out of the forest in the most Usopp-like way possible. He tells them stories full of lies, and even claims that he is a descendant of Montblanc Nolan, the hero who first discovered the golden city, and claims to be Usolan. Because of this, the dwarves consider him a hero and let him go with Robin. They even regrouped behind Usopp and attacked the factory under the bullring to save Mansheri.
giant mole
Thanks to Luffy and the others, Usopp was captured by the Black Captain, who pretended to be Kaya Butler. To get out of this situation, Usopp resorted to his familiar antics. He tells Kuro (or Crahado) that he is investigating a giant mole den underneath the mansion. Of course, Crow immediately debunked his lie and mocked Usopp’s father as a pirate. Members of the Crocodile Baroque work appear in the “Alabasta” section. Mister 4’s sidekick, Miss Merry Christmas ate Mogu Mogu Beauty, which turned her into a half-human, half-mole. Interestingly, her and Mr.4’s opponents are Usopp and Chopper. During their battle, Merry Christmas dug many large holes, while Usopp tried to hit her on the head with his giant hammer.
More figuratively speaking, Usopp’s mole lie was made right in his first installment. Hei researched and planned a plot against Kaya while working at Kaya’s mansion. In a way, that makes him a fraud, someone trying to take Kaya’s fortune.
The magic potion for all diseases
Usopp didn’t tell Kaya directly, but it was still a lie made up by Usopp and Kaya heard it through Meri. After Usopp joined Luffy and became the Straw Hat Pirates, Kaya confessed to Meri that it was hard to lie. She wants Usopp to fulfill his dream of becoming a truly brave warrior of the sea, she also wants to keep him from leaving her side. So Meri tells the story of Kaya Usopp’s past. According to Meri, Usopp’s lies began when he was a child. While his father left to continue sailing, Usopp’s mother fell ill. To cheer her up, Usopp comes every morning to tell her that pirates are coming ashore, but to no avail. He told her that his dad would be back as soon as she recovered. However, his mother knew these claims were lies. Usopp also tells her about a panacea, but of course she knows more than that.
Princess Mansherry of the Tontatta Kingdom then ate the Chiyu Chiyu no Mi fruit, allowing her to heal any damage from living creatures as well as restore the previous structure of any inanimate object. Because of this power, Doflamingo kept her as a backup in case the Smile Factory was destroyed. Her strength is so great that she healed villagers after the Straw Hats fought Doflamingo. However, despite the powerful effects of the Manshirley Devil Fruit, she’s not really a drug, so this lie is only half the truth. Chopper’s dream is to cure every possible illness, so perhaps this lie will become another Usopp story and be fully realized in later chapters. female.
