When Nityami was just 2 years old, her family moved to Auckland, New Zealand. She did her early schooling from Auckland and then shifted to Melbourne, Australia with her family. Nityami started her acting career in 2018 with ALT Balaji’s web series “PM Selfiewali”, in which she played the lead role of ‘Tanya Thakur’. It was a 7 episode series that revolved around an NRI fashionista who accidentally becomes the PM of India.
Subsequently, she starred in the web series “Medically Yours” opposite Shantanu Maheshwari.
In 2019, Nityami participated in the dance reality show “Nach Baliye 9” with her boyfriend Shantanu Maheshwari.
