Nasreen Shaikh was born on Saturday, 7 November 1998 (age 25 years as of 2023) in Shakurpur, Delhi. His zodiac sign is Scorpio. Nasreen completed her schooling from Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, New Delhi. He studied Bachelor of Arts from Daulat Ram College (DU). After this Nasreen studied Bachelor of Physical Education from Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab. After completing her B.P.Ed., Nasreen started pursuing her Masters in Physical Education from Lovely Professional University.

In 2016, Nasreen Sheikh participated in the 2016 South Asian Games in which the Indian Kho-Kho team won the gold medal. In 2019, Nasreen represented the Airports Authority of India (AAI) Kho-Kho team as a captain in the 13th South Asian Games and won the gold medal in the tournament final under her captaincy.

In 2022, Nasreen participated in the 55th Senior Kho Kho National Championship, which was held in Osmanabad, Maharashtra. In 2023, Nasreen participated in the 4th Asian Kho Kho Championships held in Tamulpur, Assam, where the Indian Kho Kho team won the gold medal in the tournament finals.

  • After Indian Kho-Kho player Sarika Kale Sudhakar won the Arjuna Award in 2020, Nasreen Shaikh in 2024 became the second Kho-Kho player to receive the second highest sporting honor in India.
