Mona Shourie Kapoor was the first wife of Bollywood film producer Boney Kapoor and daughter of Satti Shourie (film producer).

Mona was born on 3 February 1964 in Delhi, India. His mother Satti Shourie was a film producer of Indian cinema.
Mona was a prominent part of the Indian film industry, she was the CEO of Future Studios – the largest ready-to-shoot (indoor shooting studio) based in Mumbai. He really did a variety of things; She handled manpower as Business Partner for ‘Business Aids’ and ‘Machine Exports’ and as Director of FCL, she was the Production Coordinator for the film ‘Sheesha’.
Even after her separation from film producer Boney Kapoor in 1996, she lived in her in-laws’ house. She lived there with her two children, Arjun Kapoor, who is an actor, and a daughter, until her death on March 25, 2012.

He was born in a Hindu family in Delhi. His mother Satti Shourie was a film producer.
He also had a sister whose name is Archana Shourie.
She married film producer- Boney Kapoor in 1983 and they got divorced in 1996.
She was the mother of two children, Arjun Kapoor who is an actor, and a daughter, Anshula Kapoor, who works at Google India.

In the year 2005, he also served as a jury member of the Indian Telly Awards.

On March 25, 2012, Mona died of multiple organ failure after battling cancer and high blood pressure.

- He was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and was undergoing treatment at Hinduja Hospital.
- He died just after the release of his son Arjun Kapoor’s first film.
