Michael Strahan’s daughter Isabella shared a touching poolside moment with her twin Sophia amid her challenging fight against brain cancer. Isabella, 19, completed a six-week radiotherapy treatment last week and is now preparing for her chemotherapy treatment which will begin in February. Isabella exudes joy in a photo posted on her Instagram. She rocked a lovely black and red cherry print bikini, accessorized with a stylish straw hat.

Sophia also posted a video of them cooling off in the pool. In the clip, Isabella revealed her shaved head. Sophia captioned the post, “us again,” and Isabella commented, “love you.”

In October, a freshman at the University of Southern California received a diagnosis of medulloblastoma. This came after he began experiencing excruciating headaches and waking up vomiting every morning.

Last week, Michael Strahan’s daughter shared a touching glimpse of her day on her YouTube vlog, allowing viewers to witness the depth of her emotions. “I’m so excited to finally be done,” she said on her YouTube series. The web series aims to support Duke Children’s Hospital & Health Center in North Carolina, where Sophia is scheduled to begin her chemotherapy treatment in February.

“It’s been a long six weeks and I’m so happy to finally get my head around after all this because the side effects and everything take a toll on you,” she admitted.

Earlier this month, Michael and Isabella shared the heartbreaking news of their recent diagnosis. She bravely underwent emergency surgery when doctors discovered a tumor on the back of his brain, bigger than a golf ball.

They made an appearance at Good morning america, where they candidly shared the teen’s “serious” diagnosis with Robin Roberts. Additionally, he had to undergo the egg freezing procedure due to the possible impact of radiation and chemotherapy on his fertility.

“I feel good, not too bad,” Isabella said at the time. “I’m ready for this to start and be one day closer to being over,” she added. “I think you have to continue living every day, throughout the entire process.”

Discussing his future plans, he expressed his excitement about returning to college and moving to California to begin his educational journey anew.
