Chhavi Rajawat is an Indian social activist and motivational speaker, who was the former sarpanch of Soda village in Rajasthan. She is considered one of the youngest Sarpanches of India.

Chhavi Rajawat was born on Tuesday, 4 January 1977 (age 46 years; as in 2023) in Village Soda, Tehsil Malpura, District Tonk, Rajasthan, India. His zodiac sign is Capricorn.
From 1986 to 1992, he did his schooling from Rishi Valley School, Jaipur. She studied at Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer, Rajasthan from 1992 to 1994. She pursued BA (Hons) in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi from 1994 to 1997. He did PGDM in International Infrastructure Management Manual. IIMM), from 2001 to 2003. He did some courses including the Aspen Fellowship Program, Harvard Kennedy School: Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century, and ISB: Innovation and Lessons from Emerging Markets: A South Asia Perspective. Later, he did MBA from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune.

In February 2010, he won the election of Sarpanch of Soda Gram Parishad of Tonk, Rajasthan. Initially, they faced various challenges like lack of clean water, inadequate health facilities and lack of educational facilities in the village. He first worked on the issue of water scarcity. Chhavi started working by implementing rain water harvesting system in the village. After this he focused on improving the quality of education in his village. He worked on building infrastructure, appointing skilled teachers and providing basic facilities in schools. As a result, the literacy rate in the village improved.
Another issue in the village was the lack of proper health facilities. He then organized various medical camps in the village to ensure that basic health services were accessible to all. He also promoted cleanliness and hygiene practices in the village with the help of the village people. Gradually more facilities became available in the village. He also established the first branch of State Bank of India in the village. His sarpanch tenure ended in 2015, but he continued to work for the upliftment of the village. His work was supported by the Rajasthan state government and many other companies such as The Himalaya Drug Company, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Nerolac Paints India, Rotary International and the Hindustan Coca-Cola Foundation.
Other work
After completing his MBA, he worked for companies like Times of India, Carlson Group of Hotels and Airtel. Chhavi did some educational programs at places like ISB in Hyderabad and Harvard Kennedy School in the USA. She was in charge of an important meeting of the World Economic Forum in India and was invited to a special event with Barack Obama in Chicago and a town hall meeting in Delhi. Chhavi also owns a hotel and horse riding place in Jaipur. On 25 March 2011, Rajawat was invited to a conference at the United Nations’ 11th Infopoverty World Conference. He also gave a speech on late President of India APJ Abdul Kalam at a function about technology in New Delhi. He has participated in many national and international events such as Australia-India Youth Dialogue, International Visitors Leadership Program and Asian Forum on Global Governance. In October 2017, he started working as a director at a luxury hotel named EIH Limited. In March 2020, she started working for Eminent Girls College, a non-profit college in Tonk, Rajasthan. In 2021, he started working as a member of the South Asia Advisory Council at the pharmaceutical company Bayer. She is also a board member of an NGO named Miracle Foundation.

- She is an avid animal lover and has two pet dogs named Potty and Butterball.
- In 2014, a group of people armed with sticks, iron rods and stones attacked Chhavi, her father and the panchayat secretary over a land dispute. He suffered minor injuries, while his father was admitted to hospital. Police later arrested seven people, including five women, in connection with the attack. The incident took place in Soda village. Addressing the media, Chhavi said that he and his father had repeatedly requested police assistance in the last two weeks. He said that earlier too there had been many attempts to attack him. However, the police did not take any action. Chhavi also told that the police arrived when her father was already admitted in the hospital. The dispute was over a piece of land where a government IT center was being constructed under a central government scheme. Chhavi said a man named Roop Narayan and his family had obtained a stay from the court claiming ownership of the land. Later the ban was lifted. He said,
It was a government project created for the development of the village. Roop Narayan and his family are continuously threatening us. They made several attempts to attack us since construction began.
