Later, Michael apologized to the person for throwing a beer and to all the people who took offense. They all came back from the restaurant and then those people from the restaurant filed a case against Michael.
Following this incident, Michael has been suspended from school and this incident is being investigated by the Neptune Township School District. Later, he also brought a case against four people, Christopher Benino, Robert Harris and Carolyn DiPietro, Debra Harris.
