Meg Ryan reveals why she took an 8-year break from Hollywood.
The famous romantic comedy star, who starred in hits such as when harry met sally and Sleepless in SeattleHe last worked on a film in 2015: Ithaca.
Now he explains why he took so much time out of the spotlight.

“I took a big break because I felt like there were so many other parts of my experience as a human being that I wanted to develop,” Meg told People, which included being a mother to her children: actor Jack Quaid, 31, whom she shares with her ex Dennis Quaid and her daughter Daisy, who is now 18 years old.
“It’s nice to think of it as a job and not a lifestyle. And that’s a great way for me to navigate it,” she added.
She calls her new romantic comedy “magical.” It’s a bit of a rollercoaster between these two people, and she kind of begs the question: will they end up together or not? These are people who had their hearts broken a long time ago. And I think what they gained is that they are grateful for that.” Meg directed the film and also co-starred alongside David Duchovny.
