Maham Aamir, also known as Maham Amir, is a Pakistani actress and host. She is best known for her role as Suleha in Pakistani drama ‘Saaya’ and Inspector Ruqaiya in ‘Aik Thi Laila’.

In 2014, Maham made her acting debut with the Urdu-language TV show ‘Doosri Biwi’, in which she appeared in the supporting role of Fauzia. She appeared in several popular Pakistani dramas including ‘Ansuni’ (2015), ‘Teri Meri Jodi’ (2015–16), ‘Babul Ka Angana’ (2016), and ‘Roshni’ (2016). She played the lead role in ‘Roshni’ which was based on the theme of women empowerment.

In 2017, Maham appeared as Noshi in the sitcom ‘Ready Steady Go’. His acting in the show was highly appreciated by the critics. Notably, her husband, Faizan Shaikh and her mother-in-law, Parveen Akbar also had important roles in the show. The show’s first season, which aired from 2017 to 2020, consisted of 428 episodes. A second season of the show was announced in 2020, consisting of 35 episodes that aired from February to September of the same year.
