The Love On The Spectrum US star Subodh Garg found a partner in Rachel Osterbach, and fans are curious about where their relationship stands now. The US version finished filming in the summer of 2021, and fans want to know if they’re still together in 2022. Love On The spectrum follows a group of six individuals with autism as they venture into the dating world. Subodh was first introduced to viewers in episode 2 of the show. The 33-year-old mentioned that he had never been on a date and was excited about the experience.
Subodh told viewers he was looking for a long-term partner to travel the world. Love On The Spectrum set him up with Rachel, a reality star who was featured on A&E’s Born This Way. The two bonded over their love for cooking and movies. They went on a couple of dates, and by the end of the series, Subodh made it official by asking the Love On The Spectrum star Rachel to be his girlfriend. Netflix confirmed at the end of the series that the two are still together and looking forward to traveling together.
Subodh’s sister, Aarti Garg, gave fans an update on the new couple through an AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Reddit. Aarti revealed in her statemnet, “Subodh and Rachel are going strong, and they’re happy!” One Reddit user asked Subodh what his favorite thing about Rachel was, to which he answered, “I like hanging out with her. I like that she is sweet, nice, and cute.” Although the two don’t live close to each other, Subodh and Rachel make an effort to meet up at least once a week. The Love On The Spectrum couple’s favorite places to go for dates includes the movies, dinner, and the beach.
Subodh also opened up about how his life has changed since meeting Rachel, saying, “It took a lot of attempts to meet someone, but now I can meet with my future partner. Now I have dreams about the future.” Subodh told fans that his dream in life is marriage and has Sweden as his first stop on his around-the-world honeymoon. His family revealed that they had previously offered him the choice of having an arranged marriage, but Subodh refused. Subodh mentioned that he and Rachel have not made any concrete plans for their future together. They are happy with where their relationship is at right now.
The couple has yet to travel together but is planning to do so soon. The Love On The Spectrum stars will be traveling to Las Vegas in December. They also plan on meeting fellow reality TV costars Abbey and David soon. Overall, Subodh is happy that he came on the show and is even willing to come back for a second season. Netflix has yet to announce whether or not there will be another season of the show. However, there are rumors that a second season is in the works and will only feature LGBTQ+ couples.
